If you are referring to me (Matt Heyer), I completely concur with myth number 2 - counter-steering at any speed will make the bike fall in.  I do mention that body weight has a greater effect at lower speeds than at higher speeds, as at lower speeds you body weight will make the bike fall to that side as well.

at lower speed in the way we discussed last week.
