    Pro's - Increases oil co. profits because the slower burning fuel will cause your engine to run richer, thus decreasing your mileage.

     Con's - Raises your fuel costs and deteriorates engine performance because the slower burning fuel will cause it to run richer, thus decreasing your mileage.
