The replacement for a pre 05 Sprint IS a BMW K1200S.. It's
comfortable, fast, has luggage etc... $16,000 without the options..
mine was after discounts, and with ABS, ESA, Heated Grips, Luggage,
and Centerstand a bit over $17K I don't believe that there's a bike
out there with the same combination of performance, comfort,
technolgy, and long haul ability.. Unfortunatly the fucking thing is
expensive. I was going to buy an 05 ABS but the heat the bike throws
and the lame luggage put it out of the running. And after test riding
the K1200S I was done... I suggest that anyone that has a local BMW
dealer to give the S a ride.. If only for the fun of knowing :-)
