Funny you would ask that today.  My light came on this morning as well 
(at 220 miles FWIW) and I was wondering how long I could go before I had 
to get gas.  I'll try to report how much it takes to fill it tonight when 
I leave work.

I've pushed my luck in the past and gotten another 20 miles out of a tank 
after the light went on but I think that's pretty much it.  I don't 
really count on the light anymore and just use the ODO but that's risky 
too.  I've had tanks last less than 180 miles if the riding is really 
spirited.
