Re: [ST] Tank quick disconnect failure



Interesting this topic is coming up.  I noticed a gas smell but saw no fluid until I looked at the area.  I saw wetness on the hoses.  It does appear it's coming from the female devices.  I must have ridden her too hard ;-)  (couldn't resist)

Actually I think it's been inserted and extracted too many times.  It is a tight fit and not much room once connected.  There seems to be alot of stress/tension at the mating end.  If I have to replace the female side this time, I'm going to give a bit more hose slack to release the tension.
