<I think I got them from www.powerbulbs.com but if you do a search on Vision
Plus H4 you get a lot of places. The third eye is a W5W but there are other
"wedge" bulbs that fit.

There was a time when John was giving ST listers a deal, free third eye with a pair of V+'s. Just mention the ST list when you order (IIRC, via email not on the website)
