I've never heard of a ceramic lube. Maybe you mean a "dry" lube? The
new dry lube on the block is DuPont's Teflon Chain Lube that sets up
dry so that it won't attract dirt. Reviewed at <http://
www.webbikeworld.com/t2/motorcycle-chain-lube/dupont-teflon-chain-
lube.htm> and liked by Motorcycle Consumer News. Purchase from
<http://www.performancelubricant.dupont.com/dp_buy.html>.

I've been experimenting with a moly dry lube <http://www.best-
motorcycle-chain-lube.com/MX1000_motorcycle_chain_lube.htm>. Moly
promises to stand up to high pressures better than teflon, in part
because it actually bonds with metal under pressure.

However, I still have the crappy OEM chain on my bike and the side
plates are not anodized or otherwise inured to rust. The moly lube
only goes on in drops between the inner and outer plates, and between
the inner plates and the rollers, so it doesn't protect the side
faces of the plates. The side plates on my chain showed lots of rust
after the first rain of the winter, so I had to go back to weekly
applications of TriFlow. Once this chain wears out and I get a DID
chain that's anodized I'll try the moly lube again.
