Claims to be qualified but in the UK the guy that mends the washing
machine by swapping parts is called an engineer!

Only a mobile phone number for contact it would seem and the website
needs some design/spelling corrections.

it is illegal to use the term "engineering" in the title of a business

that does not actually have a licensed engineer on staff.  I doubt this

guy does especially based on the design on this product.
