It would now appear that it is in question as to whether or not Ben had a 
license to operate a motorcycle in the state of PA.  Good grief.

Riding a motorcycle without a helmet = pretty stupid, but a user defined 
level of risk.

Riding a Hayabusa without a license or a helmet = you have got to be 
kidding me!  You haven't even passed the ridden motorcycle test and you 
think this bike is a good idea?

I wish Ben no harm and hope he heals completely, but most importantly I 
hope he has learned his lesson and spreads the word of how idiotic it is 
to behave like he did.

Enough ranting out of me for one day, clearly.
