Re: [ST] Roethlisberger - chain cleaner



I was joking.  To really get us off thread, for those that don't know, kerosene is an old-school way to clean chains that is extremely damaging to the chains produced today.

No.  It's non-detergent 30W oil and a clean rag.  If you're real daring remove the chain and dunk it in a container of 30W and tooth brush brush it clean.  I only did that once.  It's too much work.  Went back to the rag thing.
