Only if they can deal with the reality and social acceptance of the
"posted speed limit +5 or 10" that seems to be prevalent.  Can of worms
here.  Poorly assigned limits in certain areas, etc.  

I'm trying to imagine the sound effects generated by the NH to Boston
traffic where every single vehicle's device would be squawking at once
and non-stop.  No one does the speed limit.  Even when there is a
trooper in the mix, who is usually doing 75-80.  

Monstrous undertaking to say the least.
