But then again it's still common practice and people won't listen...Just 
came back from a road trip to Michigan - this picture was taken in Iowa. 
Notice the helmet - nicely stowed away on the back, just in case he has to 
cross a state where there is a helmet law. This law is full of mixed 
messages - either we have one or we don't - what stupidity.
