Welcome aboard!  I'm more of a lurker on this list, and the banter on this list is excellent.
 
What part of VA are  you from.  There are a number of us in the VA area.  If you are close to DC, you might check out the DCRats. The get together quite often.
 
I went from a Honda PC800 to a Sprint St for the same reason as you.  I wanted something sportier that had luggage capability.  IMO it's been a great choice!
 
Just watch out for Duncan and the Walmart smiley bags and you'll be fine!

Hi All,

Having recently acquired a 2000 Sprint ST (just last weekend), I want to 
introduce myself to the group.

I previously owned a 2000 Kawasaki Concours, but wanted something a bit 
sportier.  I think I got what I wanted!
