I don't have any of the magazines on hand reviewing the 650, but check this: http://tinyurl.com/zvtd9
Overall, opinions are that the handling of the TT600 was the only high point. Crappy FI, ugly bodywork, etc. Search for reviews. There are plenty online.
Personally, I'd go for the 650 given the choice. :0)

price diff = £800 Sterling
Apart from 49cc what are the differences between 600 & 650
