[ST] Jack it up !

I got the Union jack decal at a flag shop in an area mall.
It's about 3x5 and the toll pass is about 1/3 that size.
A little Windex and slid it around until it covered the transponder.
Out tags automatically read and verify against the license plate and
catches any non registered vehicle. Stealing them has gone way down
locally.
