The manual says 36 front, 42 rear.  This seems a bit high, but works for me
on long trips.  I've had the rear down to about 35, but it felt a bit sloppy
to me.  Of course, I'm running pretty sticky tyres now, so it's not a big
deal for me to run higher pressures.
