I wouldn't. It's in desparate need of re-paving. What a bumpy, rotten mess. 
It's on my "to be avoided" list now. I'd much rather take Heart 
Content/Pleasant Rd into Warren, 59 to the Kinzua dam, and then the 
Longhouse Scenic byway over to 321 if riding in that part of the forest. 
YMMV...
