I keep track of my gas mileage by hand and have definitely noticed the 
computer is off in it's readings (06 ST).  It always reports higher gas 
mileage numbers than reality and is about 10% off.

I'd say your reading of 46 is more like 41 in reality.  Not bad, if you 
ask me.  I average 38 mpg, but I sit in a lot of traffic most days.

I'll be curious to see how the 07's do with the new computer.
