Hmmm, those look very similar to my foul weather Held's, but these touted 
having a phase change material in them to keep you warm when it's cool and 
cool when it's warm.  They seem to work well enough, and they replaced the 
Held's before that which failed to keep me dry in the fingers.  The dealer 
I bought those from replaced 'em with what I have now no questions 
asked...sure wish there were more of those around.  Or is this the case 
with all Held dealers?
