Re: [ST] '00 RS Running Rough - Resolved

Don,
I can't remember off hand if the RS has a temperature gauge but if it does,
do you know what it was reading? My '00 ST has always had a
surging/stumbling at low rpm / steady part throttle and most noticeable when
the engine is warm. I've had the latest tune installed and that seemed to
help but not eliminate the issue. It has not been bad enough to really do
anything dramatic to fix it but it is a bit of a pain.
My temp gauge has always shown low - it rarely gets much above 1/4 of the
way up the gauge and the fan comes on only on the hottest days in traffic.
I'm wondering if I have the same issue. Do you (or anyone else) know the
part number for the sensor? I might just try one.
Thanks,
Peter
