Re: [ST] Handlebar adjustment



If you loosen both up and down triple clamp, you fork will
slide up i.e. the front will drop. You should only loosen 
the top tipple clamp and handlebar clamps and "pump" the fork down 
firmly 3 or 4 times. That's it. Re tighten.
