[ST] Suspension Upgrade on 07 ABS

i have noticed after riding my new sprint the nose dive seems more exaggerated then it was on my 03. so i looking at it spring swap. i don't do track days, but want to eliminate the dive under braking. i have it narrowed down to 2 options:

1. Race Tech .9kg Fork Springs
2. HyperPro Combo Kit (Front & Rear) - it seems with their if you don't do both it might not help out much

Here are concerns:

With RaceTech some of the reviews i read seem like the .9kg was not stiff enough for a 170lb 5'10 rider. I also am not interested in replacing the rear shock, if it comes to that, i will learn to live with it. Also not interested in emulators. Or is the .95 the way to go?

Will the hyperpro solve my issue with just the front fork springs?

Last do i need to replace any seals when i replace the front fork springs? Dealer will be performing the maintenance, and should i replace the fork oil and fill it more?

GOAL: eliminate nose dive, and not create a harsh ride meant for the track. i do some spirited riding, but i am not scaping pegs either.
