definately a high speed scooter now matter what they market as.
may think they could have trouble trying to patent the triple configuration, 
as used be a number of manuafacturers throughout the years. I did hear at 
sometime that HD tried to trade mark/patent their V twin layout but beleive 
unsuccessful (thank god).
most engine configs have a unique sound and power delivery.
so it could be the unique drive system?
interesting tho.

Bike passed the MoT, tester didnt mind the triumph carbon can, said it was 
ok.
