[ST] Frame pucks

I just need to prepare for my first track day and need some frame pucks.
Are there any recommendations?
Anything I might need? I am going through the “novice” level (0-3 track days under the my your belt)
I have:
Helmet
Gloves
Jacket
knee pucks
New rear tire
New chain
