If it were me and I didn't have my Haulmark already, I'd be looking really hard at a Kendon.  Not a whole lot more $$ but it can be easily stored in a garage or some other small enclosure.  They're relatively light too.  Never owned one but several friends have and they always spoke highly of them.  HTH, YMMV!
