Harbor Freight has a foldable trailer.  Pretty cheap and by all accounts
pretty good - as long as you grease and/or replace the wheel bearing.

If it were me and I didn't have my Haulmark already, I'd be looking really
hard at a Kendon.  Not a whole lot more $$ but it can be easily stored in a
garage or some other small enclosure.  They're relatively light too.  Never
owned one but several friends have and they always spoke highly of them.
