Sorry for the delay in responding David!  The past couple of weeks have 
been really busy.  The grips have been on there a little over a year.  I 
spent an hour or two doing the job.  One of the hardest things was 
figuring out where/how to run the wiring (you can see everything on a 
Monster).  I also put hand guards on it too.  They do a decent job of 
blocking the wind so her hands stayed warm.  I also have to say she 
won't ride if the temps dip below 45, so.....  I have the factory heated 
grips on my ST.
