[ST] Fork/triple clamp needs tightening

Hi all,

I recently noticed some play in my forks and a clunking sound when going 
over certain bumps.  The play can be reproduced by holding the front brake 
and rocking the bike forward.  This is reminiscent to me of when a bicycle's 
forks are loose and I know how to fix it on a bike but not on  a motorcycle. 
 Can someone tell me the proper way to re-tighten (i.e. what nut(s) and 
what torque) this to take the play out?
