I just have my Ipod in the top of the tank bag with the remote clipped to 
the outside of the bag so that I can adjust volume, pause music, etc. as 
needed.  I use Etymotic ER4P in-ear monitors which are very convenient 
since they double as ear-plugs.  Back when I purchased the Eyt's they 
were about the only game in town but a lot has changed in three years. 
For anyone shopping IEM's now you should take a close look at 
http://www.headphone.com/products/headphones/in-ear-monitor/ for an idea 
of the current selection.
