[ST] Tiger 1050 front brake + Sprint ST 1050 rear suspension recall

Dutch magazine Motoplus (translation of German Motorrad) mentions
a recall for the front brakes of the Tiger 1050 and for a bolt
which is part of the leverage system of the rear suspension for the
Sprint ST 1050.

Magazines reviewed the Tiger 1050 with brakes that lacked bite
and sensitivity. Triumph researched it and discovered that the
problem wasn't the pads but the brake pistons that moved with
too much resistance in the brake cilinders. New Tigers will get
new brake calipers with pistons that have had a different surface
treatment and is dark (?) instead of the current chromed pistons.
That should make the brakes a lot better. Current Tiger 1050 owners
will get a recall asking them to have their brake pistons replaced.
Motorrad mentions they find this recall weird since the 2006
Speed triple had exactly the same problems.

Sprint ST models, years 2005-2007 (type 215NA with serienumbers
from 221423 till 298255) are recalled for a bolt in the leverage
system for the rear suspension which can bend out of shape. Because
of the bending it is possible that the bearing can't rotate properly
anymore which could jeopardize a proper working of the rear suspension.
Dealers will replace the bolt and the housing around it from the
leverage system without costs and will replace it with a stronger
bolt.

The same section in the magazine also explains a free modification
for the BMW F800, which replaces a few parts in the clutch and the
front sprocket of the belt drive. The front sprocket now has rubber
dampers built in, the clutch gets a little ring replaced which
caused it too slow down too much. It should now solve the very
loud gearbox noises and should also reduce on-off behaviour when
changing load on the engine.

Above is my own loose translation of the articles.
