Re: [ST] Battery chargers.....now weekend ride....

I did.  A beautiful day for a ride it was too.  Started out a little chilly but warmed up into the upper 80's by afternoon.  

Met some friends at IHOP for breakfast and took off for the northwest corner of Illinois.  One of the few spots in this state that actually has curvy roads.  After stopping in Savanna we took a spin through the Palisades State Park, hit Blackjack Rd.   We ate lunch in Galena at Durty Gurty's (great burgers!) and then took Stagecoach Trail outta town.  Rode east before meandering back down Scales Mounds Rd, Derinda and Massbach eventually coming out on Rt78 and Rt52.  And then the boring, straight, and very flat ride home.  Round trip was close to 350 miles.  Not tremendously long but it was great after being stuck in sales meetings all last week.  YUCK!!!
