[ST] Another Fuel Additive - Money Saver or Snake Oil?

Anyone in the USA have any experience or know anything about this product?

Like most things of this kind they some bold claims. Its interesting that 
they have a patent fot it.

Genuine article or just another bottle of snake oil?
