I need to update my manuals myself, as I have a factory manual for the '99 
and a Haynes that covers that generation motor.  But as far as I know 
there aren't any third party manuals that updated to include the 2002 
changes, much less the '05 changes.

There is a guy on eBay that sells reproduction factory manuals of all 
three generations but even though he guarantees your satisfaction with his 
product I haven't chanced it yet.
