I've had an S1 (i.e. non-flip Schuberth) for years, and it is much
quieter / more comfortable than anything else I've tried. Visor
position and whether you have vents open or closed makes a difference
to noise level - so suspect that with all the extra bits and bobs on
Concept it would have to be noisier. My experience is that Schuberth
ventilation methods work well - easy to use one-handed and the demist
setting actually works.

Your experience with noise is not unique. Here from a review online
(wherein nothing did very well, and 'B-' is actually a good-ish score):

I can't get the flip-up style versions to fit (any make) - but guess
if you can and they are not too noisy the safety benefits of the flip
up bit in event of accident are worth having.
