[St] Look at new flip face helmets

I'm looking into the newest flip face helmets, since I'm in the 
market to replace my 2001 model hjc symax.
It's finally getting tired enough to howl from wind noise at about 45 mph.

So, I'm looking at the newer flip from hjc the CL-max vs the Shoei Multi-tec.
I know that they are from two different price points, but is the new 
Multi-tec that much quieter than others?

inquiring minds want to know.
