My 2001 ST reads 60 when my GPS says 56. My car reads 60 when my GPS says 58. If you follow the RAT net threads on bike vs. GPS you will find that the bike always reads faster than the GPS. Can you imagine the trouble Triumph would be in if people were getting tickets for speeding when the speedo says they weren't. I suspect Triumph errors to the slow side on purpose.
