Re: [St] In field footpeg replacement

A hammer and a drift. (A rock and a nail) Rocks are easy, nails can
usually be found locally (the neighbor's fence is often a good source).
Use the nail to replace the spiral pin that you lost when you whacked
your knuckle with the rock while trying to drive the spiral pin out.

Subject: [St] In field footpeg replacement

I'm camping again. Unfortunately I dropped my bike and broke the right
footpeg hitting some soft rock substrate.

I have a replacement but am 200mi from nearest shop.

Looks like a spirol pin holds the retaining pin for the footpeg in
place?
How should this job be done?
