Hello,
You could try Triumph-ant - a specialist Triumph (Hinckley) breaker in
Wales - web - http://www.triumph-ant.co.uk/ - web site only so-so
useful, but phone is better.
They are not only one in UK, but I called them about a year ago and
they were helpful (didn't have part, but made useful suggestions about
where else to try).
You might also try posting on the Wales / SWeST list - a group of ST
riders mainly (but not exclusively) in SW UK - who seem (to me at
least) incredibly knowledgeable about such (UK specific Triumph
things). On the Yahoo Groups system - http://groups.yahoo.com/group/WaleSWeST/
Regards
Gavin Lawrie
