Ah yes I remember that now. That is so not fair, but different markets and all that.?

In Oz the factory hard luggage can be as much as $2000 - $3000 on top of the purchase price for the bike.?Having the ignition key open the boxes is as interesting one. I thought it was a great idea until I lived with it for a while. For instance if you start the bike and realise you have to get into your luggage for something, you have to shut the bike off, or carry a second ignition key with you - which defeats the purpose.

I've been very happy with the GIVI system. Maybe its not the best looking stuff but it works very well for me and adds a degree of practicality as my ST is my everyday transport.

(Except when I ride my Scrambler...)


in the us, the new ones come with hard bags, otherwise i might have considered 
the givi's, but i have to admit the use of one key is nice...

GIVI hard cases with SW Motech metal work are a good combination and about 
half the price of the factory luggage.
