Re: [St] National Ride Your Sprint Day

National Ride Your Sprint Day as held in Germany.

 

It all started just before 11am.  The weather was sunny, no clouds and
temperatures in the 40s and possibly reaching the 50s later in the day.  The
trip route was Speicher to Adenau via 257, to Mayen via several secondary
roads (L12, L11 and L10) to Cochem via L98 to Trier via the roads by the
Mosel River (B49 and B53) to Speicher via B51 and L39.  Total trip mileage
was over 215 miles.  We arrived back at home in Speicher just before 6:30
pm.  Even the Sprint was tired and empty (bright yellow light blinking at
me) by the end of the ride.
