So this is a big wrap for their customer service. They have just replaced a GIVI top box adaptor plate for me under warranty. Mine developed a crack and being plastic is pretty much unrepairable. I cant remember when I bought the bracket system, but its well over a year old.

I emailed Markus and sent some pics at his request. A couple of weeks later I have a new plate on my doorstep.

Very timely considering the current thread thats running about luggage options.
