I sure would like that 1600cc parallel twin in standard (non cruiser) form

Big news is the announcement of the 1600cc Thunderbird for model year 2010. Powered by a 100+hp water-cooled parallel twin,

Count me out on the other hand. My Del Sol Vtec has a 1600cc motor that cranks out 160hp. If I'm going to pay the weight and insurance penalties for carrying around that much cc's, I'd want it to boast more than 100 horses.

But since 100 ponies is enough for me I'd much rather have the 955 triple. I still think it's the best motor of any bike I've ridden for the way I ride. I hope that 1600 twin has a helluva counter balancer, because otherwise it's going to be a bumpy ride.
