[St] Toy Haulers

Anyone here own or used a toy hauler?

I'm thinking of chucking it all and living out of one for a year.  
Just wondering if anyone with experience with one would have some  
advice in what features to look for or avoid.

I would be looking at one in a size that could be towed by a Dodge  
Dakota 5.9 V8 with towing package.

Just two people, with room for the Sprint and the KLR.
