Re: [St] New GPS

i am using the CAMOS BHS-500 from benchmark helmets. initially i was using the blue tooth from the zumo to connect to my cell phone and directly to the headset. But the bluetooth in the zumo doesn't broadcast in stereo and mono isn't loud enough to hear at 50+. So i couldn't hear directions, music, or people on the phone. i then purchased the wiRevo bluetooth dongle on their site. It works pretty well.
Thing i don't like:
1. Bluetooth dongle isn't water proof (so i had to run extension into the glovebox to keep the dongle in there)
2. if you don't start your headset before starting the wiRevo, the headset connects both channels to the stereo of the wiRevo
   (basically the mic won't work)
3. you have to change channels to talk on the phone, and since it is mono very difficult to hear much over 45mph
(the mono i think is zumos fault more then the wiRevo since it has a stereo out on that plug)
Overall i really like it, since i don't talk on the phone while riding (never a good idea, i try to stop if someone calls). And unless the winds are greater then 5-10 mph outside i can hear the zumo directions and music clearly to 90 mph or so...
