Haven't we seen this "scam" about a dozen times already this year?!? 
Kidding...we know you're "real".  Dang Pete, that's gonna be a big change in 
geography and climate to say the least.  Here's hoping the move goes smoothly, 
and you end up on a proper British steed with a proper British pint after the 
ride.

PS. Land a place with an extra room so we'll have a place to flop when we come 
for the TT!
