Re: [St] Custom seats

I don't recall what it cost me in 2000 to get a custom made seat from Sargent, but it was the best money I've spent. 110k miles and 8 years later it's finally breaking down and becoming slightly uncomfortable over longer rides. I will definately have them refurbish the seat.

Hey Jeremy, Do they sell an ST specific seat or are you planning on sending them yourseat for a rebuild? With the rebuild option, they can build it how youwant, so you can ask them to thin out and lower the front portion of theseat so it gives you a lower seat height. Scratch that, I just checked their site... $450 for the seat. <cough><cough> <choke> --Joel 2008/3/26 Jeremy Witt <jeremy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>: > I probably asked this before, but I can't find the answer searching.>>>> I have decided to go with a Sargent saddle now that the IRS has given me> back my "refund" for the year.>>>> Are there folks out there that have Sargents?
