Best steak I have ever had was in Dallas.  No idea where it was but I seem
to remember is was the West End - may be totally wrong on that.

I second the nomination of Craft Dallas in the W hotel. I arranged dinner
for a group of 12 there two years ago and the experience was perfect. The
table was ready when we arrived (unlike the place we tried the night before)
and the food and service were perfect. A+++ with three ***
