Chris,
If you knew the mileage of the bike they came off you may feel more
confident about used calipers. Personally I would not be hesitant.

If you wanted to be sure of the condition you can pop out the pistons
and check the condition of the seals and for corrosion on the pistons.
You can buy both new pistons and new seals but most likely unless they
were high mileage they would be fine.

For a 2006 Hayabusa bikebandit.com have
Calipers $225 per
Piston Set $63 per
Seal Set $28 per

Looks like you can get a set of calipers from a Hayabusa off ebay for
about $130 (ones I looked at were 2005)
