Thanks to Lance and Peter for your fast repies.
I agree that the MIL is a red herring as i've had that before.The clean up was only on the panels nothing removed.
I've been over this 3 times new plugs,change of battery,different type(new) of easy start.Checked that the petrol hoses are on the correct fittings.
Checked all connections where i've cleaned still no go...........
