[St] Rear brakes

I dusted off my 2000 Triumph Sprint ST and rode it about 45 miles last
Friday. Didn't realize a small problem. My rear brakes stuck along the way
and burned up the rear rotor and both pads. Metal on metal and bad enough
that when I removed them today they still stunk. Anyone know where to get
replacement rotors and pads at a good price? Any other makes and models to
use for a 'conversion'?
